Current temperature in hell: polar bear toenails
I'll be frank like Anne, I did not see this one coming: a ranking contender for World's Most Pointless State Agency slaps down a request from a private company, a brilliant Web 1.9 one at that, and we here on the left side of Mutiny Baby agree wholeheartedly with The Acronym's decision? What are the odds? read more »
"I am sorry."
Whether you enjoyed I Am Legend or not, check out the alternate ending; it sets the "main" "zombie" character (billed as Alpha Male) as the protagonist's foil and moral equal instead of a mere nemesis. Two frontrunners, one underdog. Paul is the Republican John Edwards. Wait, what? read more »
"And he shall be Levant/ And he shall be a good man"
I want to be Ezra Levant when I grow up.
The posts and video on his blog do the story justice far better than I could, so just click over there now.
The Non Paul revolution
First: diversions. Twins accidentally married each other. Whimsical! And needlessly tragic. Count how many times CNN assumes this looks like a job for ... legislators? While you have your fingers and toes up, tally the AJC's implications that poor merchants in poor communities would never get robbed if they just filled out some forms. On to our main event. read more »
